I had ptsd after I was car jacked, the guy drove off with me in the car until I ran out... I had hyper vigilance and exaggerated startle response as well as anxiety as soon as I would return home my heart would beat so fast as I would put my key in the key hole I felt unsafe until I entered my home. It was weird only when I returned home did that happen. It lasted 6 months
