I used to have PSTV, I got evidence for a diagnostic when I had an episode and run to emergency room where I got a eletrocardiograma. 2 years later I got a ablation done that fixed my problem! I haven’t had any episode since. This video is perfect and explains exactly how it feels

I had svt could never stop it myself always going to the ER every other month . Well I tried everything. But recently after 8 hours I fixed it myself. I just had my legs up on the wal so the blood flowed to my head and relaxed for about two hours. My heart did a simple population and fixed itself . And it didn't feel as bad as the shot they give to stop your heart at the ER. I didn't even notice it fixed till I checked my pulse . I have a lot of svt and you shouldn't have anxiety about it. A lot of the time your svt is due to some swelling around the heart making it hard for blood flow . Sometimes it's just water retention. Just relax your not going to have s heart attack . I even sleep while on Svt. So relax your body did it for a reason and can in do it without hurting you .as long as you can get blood flow . I recommend trying what I did just lay down listen to music and prop your feet up and take a nap. Put some music on . Good luck . I won't be going to the ER next time.

I’ve lived with this condition thinking it was stress and caffeine related cos that’s what the dr at ER told me when I first experienced it about 6 or 7 yrs ago (I’m 41 now)...I’m referring to aggressive palpitations. When it happened again on the 1st Oct the ER dr told me I have an arrhythmia of the heart and will need a cardiac ablation. The procedure was performed by a cardiologist specializing in electrophysiology yesterday. Everything went well and now I’m back home.
So grateful...from South Africa 🇿🇦

I am 16 years old. I have this condition. My heart beats went up to 240 bpm so I had to get cardio version. Scary but real thing

I don't use drugs, smoke, drink and little caffeine use. Went into SVT (154BPM) yesterday first time in my life and went to ER. 63 going on 64. After Ativan .5mg IVP, it converted in about an hour to my healthy usual 52-54 BPM.

I have been dealing with this for years. In the emergency room too many times to count-I know the local EMT by name. Had so many tests and seen many cardiologists with no answers.
My new cardiologist suggested this as a possibility. THIS FITS ALL MY SYMPTOMS PERFECTLY! I broke down while watching this.

It happened to me for the first time at 12 years old. I bent to lift something from the floor when my heart started beating like crazy, I began to take a few deep breaths and it was gone. Couple of times after that I was diagnosed with PSVT. The doctors didn't forbid me to train football and to do what other kids do. I was never scared because it always stop after a couple of seconds, sometimes minutes if I am already at high heart rate. For me it doesn't depend on my tireness. Sometimes I could be tired af but it wouldn't start and sometimes I could be very relaxed and then it starts. There is no rule. I noticed that every time it happens I did some sudden move, like bend to the ground or jump but really fast, never had happened in slow rythm. I'm in my twenties playing football, doing cardio and gym and I'm enjoying it. Yes it still happens sometimes, but rarely. I usually sit or lay and take couple deep breaths. Then I always feel 2 beeps around my ear and it stops and I continue to f.e. play football completely normal. Maybe it's corelated to low blood pressure which I have. I monitored my heart and I intentionally caused the heart to beat like this. 203 bpm.
To conclude, my advise is to see a doctor but never be scared. It's probably nothing 😁

I was 5 when mine started and I got diagnosed at 10. My heart rate goes up to 300 beats per a minute and I had to take daily medication, and stay out of athletic activities. This affected my life very badly for a long time, but to anybody who is also suffering with this, I have this too, I understand how bad it hurts, your not alone so please don’t worry!

I wish I had seem this video a couple months ago. I was recently diagnosed and I also have been diagnosed with graves disease. Everything in the video confirmed it all. I’m 23.

I can feel my heart beating when I sit on a chair or when I lie in bed. It’s like I get a mini “electric shock” every time my heart beats! It’s really uncomfortable.

I’m 20 and started suffering from this Almost everyday a couple months ago I had to be rushed to the hospital due to an extreme episode. I kept coming in and out of fainting spells. I’m lucky that this episode was bad enough and long enough for the ecg to catch it and I’m finally being treated because my life is being effect greatly by this.

I was diagnosed with SVT when I was 13, almost 300bpm at the ER.

I still experience fast heartbeat after it, I usually do is I just sleep even though it's difficult because it feels like the bed is shaking, but when I woke up, it will return to normal heart beat.

I usually had this experience when I'm just sitting, doing nothing but in a second, my heart beat goes up immediately and it makes me dizzy.

Per experience, while having this high heart beat, it returns to normal when I vomit (like drunk) and I tried to sleep after, I usually did this and it returns to normal when I wake up.

This problem prevents me personally to do sports in highschool and college, even now that I'm adult already.

This is the first time I shared this problem, because since 2006, I always told my family that I don't experience it anymore.

I was diagnosed in 2006 and if I can still remember, the high heart beat occured again after 5 years, and every year after I experience it even if I'm just lying in bed or doing nothing.

I don't know if what other side effects if you have this kind of problem.

Yep. I’ve been getting this for the past 3 years. Can feel it when it’s about to happen. Feels like electrical misfiring in my heart or single contraction. Happens daily; in episodes sometimes. This birth my anxiety and added on stress. Average 79-83 BPM

I’m 18, and was diagnosed yesterday after an emergency room visit. At first my family just thought it was stress since I just started college and I’m job hunting, but that was unfortunately not the case. I’m talking to a doctor in an hour about treatment and medication for it. Seriously considering lifestyle changes like less soda.
