Mothers gain weight because they have no time for themselves, and seek joy in food. Perhaps people should stop putting pressures on mothers, and give them regular breaks so they can take care of themselves a bit better.

If new mothers watching this.. Only you know the pain you have to go through... There are many people ready to criticise you about your every move...
They will judge you for not loosing weight fast enough .
Cut them out lf your life and take care of yourselves
Take your time....
Remember mental health is as important as physical health👍

The first time I watched this, I was so confused as to HOW that robotic arm could possibly be helping that woman lose weight after pregnancy.
Could barely even tell it was a different story lol.

In highschool a teacher made a note to all students that it is for some women the normal thing to do, look completely different than before after giving birth. Because that is the way our biology works. I'm always worried I am not gaining enough weight, otherwise I don't look the motherly part. Not saying obese is the way things should look, but having not to worry about what is for dinner eating all the good healthy stuff the world has to offer to the heart's content is so vital in my happiness. I'm no longer persuaded that being slim is or should be a criteria for beauty. Making sure my family lives healthily with a positive body image is more important.
