Drinking water increased my milk supply. Please drink water. I feel thirsty everytime while feeding. So drink water if you feel thirsty.

Most of these so-called 'myths' are practically helpful, like drinking hot water and taking hot water baths, tying stomach in (as it not only helps flatten the tummy but provides much needed support to your back as well). And eating rasam rice is beneficial for everyone!

After delivery, I observed my hair fall but I stayed calm. I took action to to control it. I opted for a health-centered approach.
I prioritized my nutrition, eating vitamin-packed foods, especially those high in Protein, Biotin.
I exercised daily and engaged in meditation for stress control.
I avoided tight hairstyles and stopped using heated styling tools to prevent hair damage.
I even started using LittleExttra's Coconion shampoo, hair oil combined with a neem wood comb.
The outcome was hair fall control and the return of my confidence.

I had no one to take care of me post my c section. My husband was there with me but he had to resume work on the 3rd day of my delivery and I got discharged on the 5tg day of my delivery.

When we got home I had no one to bathe me or my baby, make food for us, clean the house nothing. So my husband and I used to have bread and Jam or most of the time we ordered in. And I used to do all the chores on my own.

I didn't follow any of the postpartum things, and my baby is 8 months old now and I am fine with an ample mill supply for my baby.

I dont know whether tying cloth around tummy help to get reduced size. But it helped me to support as shock absorber while walking. I delivered through c section in govt hospital. On 4 th day of delivery doctor advised me to tie a broad banded cloth around waist. It helped to walk without shivering. Before the waist tying due to stiches i was unable to walk straight and body started to shiver.

So many waist belts are sold commercially in online for post delivery. So tying cotton clothes as per elders advise is not that much harmful

This mockery of elderly women is certainly not good. Just because you don’t understand them, it doesnt mean they’re not right!!

Well hot water bath helped me with body ache, cloth around the stomach helped give strength to my hip region, and definitely we should have more healthy food orelse the body will take nutrients from mother' body.. this is all to recover well. I don't understand why it have become a sin to take time for ourselves and give body the rest it needed. Pampering oneself after delivery is shouldn't be a myth.

Few things are actually beneficial so can’t deny everything. I too did not follow few things in the beginning but I did feel difficulty later. If something is no harm in following and if we are able to do it, we shud give it a try.

Lot of them have gone through this, weight maintained during pregnancy was of no use after delivery bcz increased in weight. Obesity, joint pains, back pain by the time baby is 6 month. Then in laws ask you to work saying how many months you need rest. With all these pains created by them we work for them. Yenna society
