These are some great gentle "after c section exercises" to ease back into workouts after a c section. They are also great for helping to mobilise your scar.
Your scar should be fully heled before doing these exercises - normally around 6 weeks postpartum. Prior to that you want to focus on breathing work, gentle stretches and desensitizing your scar.

Wow! Huge respect ! Four c sections. I only had one and had so many issues from sepsis to second surgery then fibromyalgia postpartum. How did you manage to tone the hanging belly after c section? Im seeing a physio for my constant back and trying to work on my pelvic floor. What is your diet, and to get rid of lose belly fat and skin?

Hey I'm not a c section patient. I'm a 18 year old girl and I'm unmarried. I had bicornuate uterus and Hematosalpinx and Cyst on right ovary so doctor operated me on 6 December 2023 they fixed my bicornuate uterus and removed right ovary and right fallopian tube. Now on 6 Feb 2 months will be completed after operation. I Just feel numbness at the place of incision. I'd gained a lot of weight . My weight is 73 kg . I want to do some exercise can you tell me should I do any exercise after this type of operation and if yes than which exercise I should do . Because I think operation for Bicornuate uterus and Hematosalpinx and right ovary and fallopian tube is different from c section. Please suggest me something or I should wait to do exercise.
