I’m 64 and feeling fat and frumpy. Recently moved to a new are of CA that offers the VERSA Climber workout. It’s a great cardio but I’m the oldest person there, kind of intimidating to be surrounded by girls in crop tops. ANYWAY, i like Annies workouts because they are challenging and quick, and she’s not intimidating but encourages you! Hope I’ll see some type of changes to my shapeless arms that run in my family. Thanks! And a happy HOLIDAY TO EVERYONE!

Hi Annie, I just turned 70 and work out everyday. I have done so for years. I am 5 ft 6 inches tall and maintain a weight of 125 lbs. I was a chubby kid so I’ve always been dedicated to staying fit as an adult. I do low impact aerobics, yoga, Zumba and walking. During the COVID pandemic I discovered your arm workouts. I love them and do them at least 3 to 4 times a week. It’s not only the workout but also your upbeat personality that makes them so great. I’m hooked! Thank you for these quick and challenging ways to keep my arms in good shape and for always adding new ones. ❤️

This one and the 9 minute ones have ramped up the game for me....I'm barely managing, but you will feel proud of yourself for completing them. Add 3 lbs and you will sweat like you are in a sauna. So it depends on what at stamina threshold you are. Whichever weight choice, her videos are super effective. Its what has me exercising, the only videos.

I’m one of the mysterious unsigned from over the pond, east of England.
I am subscribing to a trainer who normally works at my gym, however your five and ten minute arm workouts really really make up for the fact I don’t have room for pump equipment and keep me strong
I love your upbeat achievable sessions and wish you much happiness and success
Oh and is that the bin/ trash men I hear outside?Nothing takes away your focus !
