You know that talk to the janitor thing at the end is actually pretty solid advice. I work as a kindergarten teachers aid and I also cover the Early child education classrooms lunch. The classrooms I work in are always clean and the lunch Ladies always have the lunch order for the little kiddos ready by the time I get there everyday because I always make sure to say hello and ask how they're doing ask about their kids or their family if something tragic has happened I always ask how that person's doing and always make sure to send condolences. Just because someone makes less than you doesn't mean that you shouldn't treat them with a lot of respect and kindness. I say this because it saves my butt more than once because of this
