It took a long long long time before I finally realized how to meditate properly. I kept reading people saying that once they opened this chakra they felt really hot and I had never experienced it before until I learned to meditate properly. If there's anyone else struggling with meditation overall, I found some great advice: Don't make any effort at all when you meditate. Just simply be as you are without trying to do anything at all. I hope this helps anyone who needs it and I wish you all the best!

Before listening to this chakra, I was listening to higher level chakras. But the effect they had on me wasn’t nearly as effective as listening to this one. I realized that my root is blocked and before I listen to higher LEL ones, I got to make sure this one isn’t blocked. Thanks to whoever made this 🙏🏽

I was told my Root chakra was completely closed so I tried this last night and for some odd reason I felt really hot 🥵 heat and tingling sensation all over my arms please if anyone else had same reaction let me know and if you know why ? I started my first day meditating my root chakara. My back started hurting after 5 mins lol not used to being in good posture 😂 then after a while, I saw a red circular aura. Its so interesting cause red is the color of the root Chakra! Can't wait to meditate longer when my back gets used to it!

How do you know when your root chakra is balanced? I've been listening to this for awhile and I've noticed my relationship with money improving a lot. I still have high anxiety sometimes, but it's way more manageable then it used it be. I guess those are signs of improvement!

So i am here, i learned years ago not to question. My questions are : how do i get started, where do i start at, and do i use headphones or just speakers ?
