How to make Mexican Red Chili Beef Stew Carne con Chile Colorado

Chile Colorado is a mouthwatering Mexican classic. It's served in weddings, wrapped in burritos, on tacos and tostadas. I love to pair this incredible dish with Mexican red rice, refried beans and some delicious flour tortillas 😋 Its one of my all-time favorites! CHILE COLORADO INGREDIENTS:
For the meat:
► 3 lbs boneless beef chuck
► 4 tsp salt
► 1 tbsp black pepper
► 3 tbsp flour
For the salsa:
► 3 cups water
► 3 chiles ancho
► 7 chiles guajillo
► 1/4 white onion
► 3 cups water
► 1 tbsp beef bouillon
► 2 tsp dry oregano
► 1 tsp cumin
► 3 garlic cloves
