This is a great trick if both column contain only UNIQUE values so the duplicates are equal to duplicates between columns and likewise for unique so we still need another way if one column may already contain duplicates (and we want to match against another list which is unique, if those entries are present). But good stuff, thank you! Just wanted to clarify this.
