I have a twist that I need help with. Like your example I have two sheets. Mine are names. One sheet is monthly users. The other sheet is a list for the year. I want the monthly sheet to highlight names that are not on the yearly sheet. Obviously the data is not the same size on yearly sheet. When I try the method shown in this video it only works on part of the list. Can you help me?

This will only work if the items are matching each line wise. If in feb-21 there is one missing line, all the subsequent values will show difference, but actually it could be mating.

Is there a way that I could create a sheet that has a huge master list of customers on sheet 1, and then sheet 2 would have a list of customers who made a purchase or some other activity, and then sheet 3 would basically copy all of the people listed on sheet 1, but remove anyone that was on sheet 2, and sheet 3 would just show me the final results?
