As a former professional dancer, I really cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate that you don't do a ridiculous amount of reps. I am so grateful that I don't have to come up with my own routine to keep toned. Thank you for your hard work and passion.

Now THIS is what a barre class should be! Thank you for keeping the lovely dancer elements and not just making this a typical toning workout. So many workouts are called "barre" and they are just regular toning classes.

I love your workouts, I used to go to gym doing really hard core sessions, then I started with pilates and found YOU! You are doing wonders to my body and I love these shorter workouts every day after work. As I sit behind my computer all day, I do 20 minute session and look amazing and feel even better. OMG Nicole! I love that at the beginning of each series I'm like "this is easy - I've got this" and by the end I'm shaking and dying and on fire!!! These little short videos are so great - I love mixing and matching them for a custom workout <3

Nicole, I love your workouts they are envigorating and give me energy for the whole day ! Indo this one and the first five minutes of toned arms standing I stop when you lay down cause I prefer standing workouts. I am thankful for having these accessible everyday and for the first time have been working out everyday with these for a total of 20 min everyday ! I am 70 years old and live in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil ! Your exercises are one of my oasis in this new world of global pandemic . Thank you, so much !

It’s been almost one year now and I’m still hanging with you Nicole for my at-home pilates, yoga and barre workouts. I love them all but would you please add some more barre fusion classes? There are many channels offering similar workouts but in my opinion, you are by far the best!

It's been a hot minute since I've done barre! I used to go almost 3-4x a week to in-person barre classes but since moving, graduating, and picking up a job... I haven't found an affordable studio or the right class times to attend. Amazingly, I found your channels and remember how awesome it felt to complete a class!! Thank you!!

Ok.. so it’s my rest day and I thought how hard can a 15 minute workout be, by minute 4 I was thinking we’ve already done a lot. My legs are on fire, but it’s amazing what you can do in such little time!
