Ingredients for the masa
3 Cups Corn Flour or Maseca
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Salt or more
Vegetable Oil for Frying
These tacos can be filled with just about any filling
This is the recipe I used:
4-5 Lbs Ground Beef (I have a big family, you can cut down this amount to less)
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Medium Onion
2-3 Garlic Cloves
4-5 Chile Guajillos
4-5 Chiles de Arbol (Optional)
1 Cup Of Water to Blend the Sauce
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tbs All Season Spice or Salt & Pepper to your liking
Toppings:
Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onion, Cilantro
Sour Cream
Your Favorite Salsa
