Important stuff! I am an expert in these fields, because I have a strong walking disability and found that training both kinds of stability is very useful. Matt explained the concept very clearly, but now I would like to learn more about concrete exercises and theibackground. Thank you very much.

I would say that a better name for this can be intra joint stability for strength stability and gross balance for balance stability.

Just a silly quick question not related to the video. Are ab workouts and core workouts the same thing? Because I'm trying to train for a front lever and it's an exercise that requires a strong core and of course strong abs. I just get a little confused because I feel it in my lower back too.

Great revelation!...at least for me. I thought stability was everything. This may be part of the reason why, for me, picking up anything more than myself feels heavy...Or is that mental?

I don't know if you need that much dividing to analyze everything. I think in the bigger picture it's al the same, but in different degrees :D
