A small painless lump might be a lipoma or it might be a tumor, a benign tumor or sometimes might be a malignant tumor. You should examine these patients properly. If it is there, a biopsy should be done. If it is a lipoma it is excised. So a lot of patients in these in these cases with a lump in the foreskin, there is a lot of discomfort, always try to do circumcision and send that part of the skin for histopathological examination, then treat these patients for it.

I'm facing a issue with testicles my left testicle get bigger and its big than right testicle and pains sometimes and is there any way if I don't let the sperm to come out of penis it stores in left testicle and gets bigger.
