Does painful lump present on body indicate Lipoma? - Dr. Nanda Rajaneesh

Most common painful lump in the periphery of the body are abscesses and pus formation. If that is not there if it is a lump that is growing for a long time, then staying for a long time, then suddenly becomes painful, it can become a lipoma. There is another entity called neurolipoma where nerve is caught within the lipoma tissue. So it is called as neurolipoma. There is another entity called as neurofibroma which arises from the nerve in the peripheries which can also be a painful lump.

I have these after hitting 32. I have so many but only a few hurts when pressed on. I had other doctor say it’s not suppose to hurt but they do. I’m just glad some doctors know this.

I have a lump just below the right side of my neck about the size of a big marble. This causes moderate pain and I am aware of this throughout the day. I showed it to my Dr. He said it is nothing to worry about and this is occasionally found in most cases.
Please suggest a remedy to heal this.

Hii! Im 14 years old and I got my first lipoma on my buttock! It’s not hurting or anything and not growing! I got another lipoma on my arm and I think I’m getting more on the same arm! Also without any symptoms and very small. Ill get them removed soon but can u tell me how can I know if it isn’t liposarcoma or anything malignant ? Because I think that at my age it’s almost impossible
