Put irvermectin cream on my back next day they started to heal

I had this in the summer but never went swimming and like there were red itchy spots on me and when I itch the spot it would hurt and it’s not chicken pox but good thing it’s over

I have them too but they don’t itch at all and they are not painful. I’m in Azerbaijan with 36c and it’s very hot and the windows are always open so I think I have them too
