I have Bells Palsy on the right side of my face and these excercises are helping my face get back to normal

I can't wait to try these exercises. I have a feeling they might work. As someone who gets stressed out a lot, I think this will help a lot.

I think a good reason why it didn't work for the other ladies is because they were not relaxed when they did it. Any type of yoga is meant to relax the person.

If nothing else, it relieves stress when I do these so I continue. People younger than me, and conventionally attractive, keep asking about my skin routine so maybe there's something to it. Thanks for this video!

A cheat sheet for my own benefit:

The V (squint up then look down in even reps)
Smile Smoother (‘o’ to smile, then smile scoop up)
Smooth the Brow (three forehead sweeps)
Flirty Eyes (mouth ‘o’ shape, look up and flutter eyelids, 30secs)
The Giraffe (stroke neck, stick lip out)
Acupressure points - (between eyebrows, circle both ways)
- (pinch jaw all the way up the jawline)
- (earlobe pinches)

I have lost the feeling in the left side of my face after a tbi. Hoping these will encourage everything to start working again, obviously help the wrinkles and double chin too

If nothing else, I feel de-stressed after doing these. I must be holding stress/tension in my face, so this is helping in a way I didn't expect - as a de-stressor. Thank you!

I won't know about the wrinkle piece for years, but it would be a nice bonus if so.
