After the car accident in my thirties, my face had lost a lot of symmetry and looked quite lifeless.

I thought, what can I do to help me look youthful again? I was tired of looking tired, covering up with makeup, and not feeling confident. Then, I had my lightbulb moment!

The very first pose I created for the Face Yoga Method, was the “Big O”.

Just 3 sets of this easy pose for 10 seconds each, will boost blood circulation (making nutrients and oxygen flow to the skin) to the entire face and cheeks!
I love to show the thermographic image as proof of this.

Although it looks funny, it really is so powerful.

I have gotten great results from the "BIG O". BEEN doing facial exercises for almost 2 years after a wisdom tooth pull made my face lop sided and created a turkey neck on one side. At the same time, premenopausal aging was kicking in where I pretty much was aging rapidly. Some say "black don't crack". Well, I was cracking like a egg. One day I woke up and looked in the mirror and didn't recognize myself. I started to research and found that facial exercises was best for all things I was dealing with. Fast forward, now people are telling me how young I look....10-15 years off my face. Stress didn't help me either. Today, I feel like 50 is the new 40.

I love your videos so much. I don' t make the exercises, I try to smile and avoid negative thoughts. I am 59, I have no wrinkels.
I do drink water (rarely coke), I always wear a hat when the sun is shining.
I don' t drink much alcohol. I don't smoke...And I leave the people around me alone, no struggle...
No Panik.
It works.

Greetings my face yoga family 😎 I've been practicing the cold water splash on my face daily although I don't use make up but it does help to firm up my face. I stopped wiping my face with the towel, instead I press the towel gently to my face, I found that there is less wrinkles on my face ♥️. I also practice the big Os, and the pencil smiles🤩 I also cup my face as often as I can remember, and I'm really loving my self 🤩

I watched your video about a year ago. I did it wrong then. For some reason, I said let's watch it again. This time I could tell I did it right. My forehead wasn't wrinkled and I can feel the muscles being stretched in my face and neck. Thank you!

I am sure soon I will be able to afford purchasing your face yoga course but for now can I have a question please. While dropping the jaw, should I just drop it and leave as it is or intentionally pulling it down to create an “O”? 🙂

Hello mam, All your exercises are very effective. But while doing this big o exercise I feel pain in my cheek bone .can u say what would be the reason for paining?
