Obviously this is THE best method for periods .. but unfortunately we live in a society where people would never understand how effective this is. If am gonna tell my mother about this she'll freakout for sure. Here periods are treated as untouchable. Like being very honest my mother is never gonna let me keep the cup in my home after one use.
So, I don't know when people will change their mindsets and we girls can live and take our life decisions easily and freely.

Hi everyone!
Actually I used it yesterday for the first time.. I bought it because disposal was a huge problem for me...
I got it 20 days ago.. Was calm because I have watched lots of videos on this topic.. But trust me i have struggled for half an hour to put in and to take it out... I thought of giving up.. But still some how gave it a try.. Yes it is comfortable..
But because of vaccum in there you may need a extra pressure to pull it..
And I have heard that it will slip little down when it gets filled.. But it was 1 inch inside I almost cried thinking where it went and thinking how will I remove.. But calmly took more 15 minutes and took it out.. It takes few days to figure it out... Yes you may feel scary for couple of uses.. And when it went 1 inch deep.. I struggled a bit.. But fine.. Worth it.. No more disposals.. No more stinks, no more leaks

I don't know how this got recommended to me...then watched it out of curiosity... feeling bad for all the women out there... But it's natural and symbolic of healthy female...I know this is the topic which no one talks...but atleast girls had teachers and mother to help them to help them sail through teenage years....

For us as men...neither teachers or father are keen to help us out.... regarding topics which we can't talk....

Ps. I am a grown up man now....above views were of my teenage years....where I felt ignored....

Isn't it scary? i mean i don't know, definitely i trust you 100% but you know, as you said it takes time to understand and digest the concept. I mean I have heard about these for a long time but have never gathered enough courage for the same. Secondly, I mean I don't know how to put it in words, but I can't visualize the idea of a cup inside me, and won 't it hurt while removing? What about the dried blood accumulations?

Is it safe to use it in night? I am just wondering when we are in horizontal position, of course while sleeping.. will this work or not.
How do you carry this? like when you are out at work /college..etc.. I am just concerned that it should be hygenic to carry this in our bags as this is something which goes inside the body.. like the regular sanitary pads..we carry it in the cover it comes with.

I've been using tampons for more than a year and i think it works good for me but sometimes it gets leaked which i don't like. I'll take your advice for sure
