Knowing the vagina's slightly tilted helps. Some people practice insertion with a wine glass first to get the hang of folding it. Don't be afraid to try a cup. Also, the vagina is not an endless void... The cup will not disappear inside you and be lost forever. There is a learning curve but I'm so glad I switched!! Never going back to pads and tampons!

I dont think I got my diva cup in right😔. I feel uncomfortable. Yet, this is my first time trying and I was scared putting it in. The size looks more intimidating than a tampon 😅. I see if it worked right by the morning. I'll wear a pad for a few days until I get it right like the doc suggests.

Just bought new a Diva cup...felt kinda scary putting it inside....bcuz worry I'll get it suck inside. And was worry it would hurt me. Took a sec to get used to but you do feel like you don't have it. Then just today was my first time taken it out...was surprisedhow in it was..but i basically pushed it out as i pull it out. It was ok...Just have to get used to doing this but i guess i like it...Don't know yet...but i wish i had a pad bcuz i made a Stain. How to get better with it.

Lots of people use them obviously, but I found mine dropped every time I urinated, and it was very painful to remove. Lots of time adjusting it, putting it in, taking it out. Just not worth it, and kind of traumatic really. Did not like it.

I've been using my menstrual cup since my 3-4 cycles, I think I've bought the right size since it fits me fine, I know my cervix is not very high, I know my cup opens up properly after insertion, I know how much of blood it can hold at a time so that I change it after every few hours (I have a normal flow) but still I leak like hell!!
Please help me, I don't understand what is wrong.

I've used a menstrual cup for 2 years now. Since it's made of medical silicone, neither bacteria nor fungi can stick to it. So i only wash it with warm water & a bit of natural soap; i never clean it boiling or soaking it in sterilizing solutions. So why do you recommend that, please? In fact, i've heard boiling the silicone may even harm the material.
