My motivation went a bit down these past few weeks for calisthenics since the process is a very long one but you’re videos keep motivating me and this short really appeared at the perfect time! Thanks a lot for all the content you put out, it really helps to see another woman in calisthenics!

Literally today i thought (while doing negative pull ups with a THICK rubber band) that i suck. And all of those yt videos almost never show progress from "I can't do a single push up or pull up with or without any rubber bands". But then i thought "hey wait, Anja, in September you could only do 5 Australian (?) Pull ups and now you're here for 5*3 negatives! That's progress🎉"

I'm a guy who had doubts and wondered if I'd able be able to do at least 5 pullups or more without stopping but seeing how she progressed after 5 yrs this much is very motivating
