Ingredients:
14-pound pork leg
- 2 fresh peppercorns

- ½ cup parsley
- 3 thyme sprigs
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1.5 cups orange juice
- 2 onions
- Grated ginger
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 oz bottle of Beer

Instructions:
Prepare the Pork:
1. Score the pork skin without cutting into the meat.
