I like that you clarified that it will not taste like bread! I made a similar recipe recently and it didnt taste anywhere close to bread, so i ended up slicing it really thinly and cooking it like bacon instead to make carnivore chips, i enjoyed it way better that way lol i'm one of those people who doesn't enjoy bread if it doesn't taste like bread! Same with cauliflower rice etc 😂 I'd rather not eat it at all.

Why do you hate the word moist? I’ve made something similar using ground beef. I enjoyed it because bread and butter and mayo has always been my favorite snack food.

Looks great! ❤ Day 58, and I tried some chicken, the other night. I couldn’t stand it. Not even dark meat. My taste buds are changing, (or it’s cuz I didn’t use a dipping sauce). I’m good with a cheeseburger, bacon and butter 2x daily. Wonder how this would taste with ground beef? May have to try! Much love!! ❤

You need to get over the word moist. That loaf you made looks absolutely amazing. As soon as I come off my fast I'll be transitioning to carnivore and this will be at the top of my list of things to try!
