Macdonald’s states it is 100% USDA beef. It goes on to say it is ground from trimmings of different cuts of meat like chuck and sirloin. I would not make it a dietary staple but it says they use no additives or fillers. The meat itself is probably full of hormones and fed grain or something other than grass 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think for people who struggle to feed their families he’s giving a healthier option for fast food. Since most everything else in the sandwich is carbs and sugar. I’m not carnivore but I see where he’s going.❤ nicely done sir.

You’re a brave soul to eat anything from McDonald’s. I haven’t eaten anything from there in years. The most I can muster is coffee and I drink it black no sugar or milk.

All quarter pounders are cooked fresh. They cook them to order. If I’m the first person in line, I typically have to wait.

As a diabetic I've been doing this for years except with cheese and lettuce. They used to look at me like I was nuts but now I think it's pretty common.
