Welcome to the 6-Week Body Toning Bootcamp! Over the course of the next 6 weeks, I will release super focused videos targeting all muscle groups of your body to get you strong and lean for summer using only bodyweight! They are "PIIT" style - so you will be challenged - but there will be no explosive jumping movements so you can do this at your home or apartment!

Each video must be done 4 times through in one session to give you a full 28 minute workout. The 6-Week challenge is to do the workout of the week at least once that week. Do that for 6 consecutive weeks and you will be so much more than bikini body ready...you're gonna be life body ready!

The week 1 workout is "Booty Focus" so will be all about that butt. You will do each exercise 45 sec through with 15 sec of rest in between. Your 7 moves are:

1. Double pulse squat
2. Straight leg pulse R
3. Alternating lunges
4. Straight leg pulse L
5. Squat Lunges
6. Standing Ham Curl R
7. Standing Ham Curl L

You are truly a big inspiration in my life. I suffer from depression and have been for many years but your workouts and you have been pulling me to be active everyday and care for my own wellbeing. I just started this workout and I see that I might be two years too late but I am here. This is way better then a workout that I recently started. I am a woman who weight 155lbs and I need to tone every part of my body but every "gym or exercise camp" wants me to loose weight but I don't want to continue to lose weight so I am extremely excited that I found YOUR PAGE & YOUR COMMUNITY!!! I CAN FEEL ALL OF THIS WORKOUT!!! THANK YOU

anyone else get here after the booty workouts from todays calendar and then just give up....like my booty just refused hahaha Im going to do some yoga cool down instead but thanks Cassie for LITERALLY kicking my butt today :)

I´m here from the Nov 2020 calendar and I must say, I always hated booty day. Always. Today was the first day I actually, really enjoyed it. Not just enjoyed when I was finished, but enjoyed the whole process, every move. And I particulary enjoy this vid, it was the perfect, a bit easier one to end on. Also love the balancing work. AND I jumped the squat lunges because I felt like I could use that heart rate to go up one last time. I modified an excercise to be harder for the FIRST TIME EVER. This is HUGE to me, so thank you so, so much!

First time doing all the one leg standing without holding on to something, I have tried this work out 5-6 times. Really proud today!

Hi Cassey, I'm back.
I've had 4 mths in the snow here in Australia, working as a Ski Lodge Manager.

I have to thank you for your encouraging words in one of your videos. You helped me to focus on what I wanted and needed after a much traumatic marriage separation.

So I got serious about my life. Decided I'd love to work and live in the snow for a season and went about getting it for real.
When I got the job I couldn't believe it. It was a huge step for me, a step forward in my life.

I concentrated on your HIIT workouts, plie workouts (my fave) and turbo butt, as well as any other leg/thigh workout I could find in your collection.
When I got to the snow and got to ski everyday, it was amazing, and I thank you for getting my legs and fitness into top shape to handle the challenging conditions.

I was so busy, I didn't get to workout with you everyday :( But you know what... I remembered your stretches, and made sure I stretched before and after my skiing.

Now I'm back home again, and my butt and thighs are the slimmest and tightest they've ever been, and I'm 53 (but I still feel 25).
I am keen to keep my new shape, so who do I turn to? CASSEY of course. Because she has all the right moves.

I've been following your workouts for about a year now, I love each and every one of them, you're so good at saying the right things at the right time. And I see results.

In the past I've worked out in the gym, gone on bike rides, tried pilate band workouts, but none of them compare with yours. I still can't believe I can get awesome results with just working out against my own body weight.

Thankyou Cassey, you're a life saver, wish I could hug you right now.
