What if the Purge Was Real?

What if for 12 hours a year, there were no laws across the US? This is the scenario in the Purge film series, but I ask, what if the Purge was actually policy in the US? Here is one scenario.

I never understood why the movie doesn't include theft. That would be the number 1 thing that would actually happen. Banks would be fucked.

- if I kidnap someone during the purge, can I keep them after the purge is over?
- if I steal a car, do I have to register it the next day?
- if I steal someone's identity during the purge, can i stay as that person after the purge is over?
- if i rape/ get raped during the purge, do i still have my virginity?

These are very valid questions!!!
