Whomever edited this video needs to be pulled aside for a moment. I literally never comment on videos but the nonsensical choice of stock video and picture was SO DISTRACTING because of how badly it did not match the audio/content. My brother and I burst into laughter at several points because of how terribly the visual did not match the audio. I hope this is taken as the constructive criticism it is meant to be. I'm trying to give this channel a chance with all of the changes but content like this shouldn't be getting a stamp of approval for posting. And the fact this would make the cut is discouraging because it suggests nobody is quality checking so if Buzzfeed doesn't care, why should I?

Unrelated to the video, but SOMEONE from Buzzfeed, please read this:

Buzzfeed should give the rights of Unsolved: Supernatural and Unsolved: Truecrime to Ryan and Shane. Even if you took a small cut of their profits, it’s way better than not making any revenue off of them, AND having a loved series cancelled for the fans.

Think about it. This is what the fans want, and I also think it would go miles in terms of making Ryan and Shane’s fans not turn away from Buzzfeed out of principal when they completely depart from this channel.

The Purge always makes me think of the short story “The Lottery” by Shirley Jackson. Each year, some one is stoned to death at random.

Video: *Shows Star Trek Picard, a show that literally is the exact opposite and has “good” characters committing literally the same thing the TOS episode spoke against*

Interesting contrast, but maybe it would have been better to show the actual footage, instead of just promotions for a mediocre show that has nothing to do with the speaker

The Purge theoretically is only "fun" when the good can punish the bad. However, in the movies, mostly it's the bad who take advantage to do whatever they want and that's SCARY.
