Some brands of baking papers are coated in Quilon to achieve that stickless surface. Better quality brands use silicone coating. Next time you’re buying baking paper, keep a look out for "Quilon coating". The most noticeable characteristics of a Quilon treated surface is its water repellency and release properties. When Quilon is used with an aqueous polymer system there is an improved grease resistance. Whether or not your baking paper contains chromium, try not to burn it.

You are right. This is because if your heat is too high, it will brown the parchment paper.

It's a very nice idea thank you one question is how to remove old nonstick coating of pan or kadai for use for normal I have one kadai of nonstick but some coating is removing automatically as it's old please guide thank you
