Great tip on using a napkin in between the pans. I’ve also used double stacked paper towels.

I am
Experiencing what you said about spray oils like Pam. It’s slowly restoring as I repeat the process over multiple times.

Thanks

Great! Thanks! FYI Martha Steward recommends cleaing with salt and oil and paper towels. It can keep the sticky pans stick less next time.

Thanks Steve. I feel you didn't adequately highlight the best cooking temperature. I'm aware medium should be the max, but my wife just turns our gas burns to high every time and it's cost us around 4 non stick pans going to God. Thanks mate !!

Hey Steve, if you're ever looking for an idea for your next video - I'm wondering when and why you'd use e.g. non-stick vs stainless steel, or copper vs carbon steel

Great vid, I did not know about spray being bad, and to ensure oil is in the pan before heating. Amazing production value btw

Thank you! Turns out I've been doing everything wrong with my non-stick pans. No wonder I have to change them out about once a year.
