Anyone else get lost with the arm throws? I didn't know where to throw my arms haha I just ended up laughing at myself. These workouts are so much fun Danielle, thank you for doing them! :)

Did this for 3 weeks, it does work, but you need to do a bit of cardio too for it to be effective I guess. I am happy it is working, my classmates noticed the difference!

i find this easy to follow. im not a good dancer so i cant follow dance routines gracefully and in that case dancing is not really effective for me to lose weight. but this! i love it. every second of the routine counts.

I love your routines! You go right into the routine and don't waste time with pep talks. They are short enough to do on a break and if I do a whole bunch of videos I have exercised for 45 min to an hour! I love how you incorporate dance moves (and do both sides of the body) as an exercise. Thanks for the videos!

Danielle, could u do some sort of calendar workout or a pattern so that we'll know what are the workout we'll do for this day, and the other day... I your videos! I'm a fan of dance workouts! I get bored at the routines or those exercises without music (i.e. lifting weights, going to gym, etc). Good thing I found your channel and Im going to start working out using your videos! Keep 'em coming, honey! 💕

I truly love this workout ! It's tough but not impossible, yet so energising and efficient ! I can totally see the results after four time (I'm doing some other workouts meanwhile but yours is a must !)

OMG I looked ridiculous doing this but it actually made my workout fun! I've gained 40 lbs partly due to my thyroid issue and partly to lack of exercising and lack of energy, but you made me want to workout. I WILL look as cute as you do working out one day! 😂 We got this ladies, remember build up others working out don't tear them down! Thanks for the awesome video!

I've started 2 weeks ago. Once a day. But i'm writing this to warn you guys. First day do only the first 2 mins, second day do only the first 3 mins, third day do the first 4 mins and like this.. Cause if you did the whole 7 minutes at your first time all once, your arms would hurt you like this pain is gonna make you die. My arms have been hurting me for like 4 days so I'm warning you guys>.< I hope u got it, sorry for my bad english but I did my best at explaining it and good luck for everyone & soon i'll back here and comment results! :)

Day1: 240lbs arm throws omg i was so lost i did basically anything loll this is a fun workout il come back everyday to update my progress.
Day2:238lbs im sweating so hard... and Damn i still cant do the arms throws and its so hard doing the dips and the crisscross at the same time omggg but i feel awesome!!!!
Day3:ouuu yess its getting there im starting to understand the arm throws.
Day4:its starting to get easier 💜💜 no change yet but i know it takes time so il keep at it 🌞
Day5: yayyyy finally i get the arm throws!!! And good news i lost .50 inches around my arms!!!
Day6:i love going through the whole video and i finally understand all the moves makes it so much easier now.
Its getting easier those arm throws are hella easy now yessss !!! Man im happy i feel so good everytime i do this workout 236.6lbs
Day8:my arms hurt a little bit more today after the workout.
Day9: daamn today those arm circles reallly hurt more omg... My muscles are finally awakened lolll damn cant wait to see results its starting slowly my bf is noticing.
Day 10: still sweating still dead lol still no change yet
Day11:im starting to feel my muscles more thats good news!!! In one week i will take measurements
Day12: today i feel its the first day i truly feel my muscles i littéraly had zeroooo before. Seems like the workout is starting burn me out now
