I recently have slipped a bit from my diet and the joint pain I am getting is unreal, especially at night. It is really affecting my sleep paterns. My sugar intake has definitely come up so it will be interesting to see if my pains subside when my sugar intake goes back down and I start getting back on the JERF way of things. My guess is that it will.

as a 6-times-a-week high intensity/stretch/strenght kind of girl, let me tell you that fruit is 100% TOTALLY SAFE always! I love it to and eat almost completely plant based, with some organic dairy regularly (I know, not the best) and eggs or salmon every now and then. Yesterday for example I had 4 bananas and 2 small apples plus some prunes in the morning and before training. Fruit is natural, your body gets rid of any superfluencies with elimination :)
