The thing that irritates me the most about this story isn’t even that she lied or stole money…..it’s the misinformation she spread to people who actually HAD cancer….she sent false hope and bogus advice to people who were actually suffering. As someone who watched her mother suffer through stage 4 breast cancer, the idea of someone lying about treatment methods to rake in money and get attention is beyond disgusting. She could have blood on her hands if any of those who looked up to her gave up their medical treatments to follow her “success story”. That just makes me sick to my stomach….truly revolting.

When she said her doctor was “Dr. Phil” I have to admit I burst out laughing despite how frustrating this whole situation is. What a load of shit. Good job, man. I remember hearing about her back in 2014-2015 but I never remembered what happened to her after she got exposed.

This is so frustrating. People believed her and made life altering healthcare decisions because of her. A personal example for me is my best friend who listens to people like this and now believes she can be totally healthy by drinking raw milk, eating certain foods, and using essential oils. She got cancer (something very treatable) a few years ago, and waited over 6 months to let the doctors remove the tumor. She believed she could shrink the tumor with her home remedies. I'm just grateful she gave in and let them give her effective treatment. I don't know that Belle specifically is someone my friend ever listened to, but that experience shows me how much harm someone like Belle can do.

I'm so confused...how does a pathologically lying child get a book deal, an app with major publicity, a deal with Apple, and media interviews in the first place? What this women did was unconscionable, but I'm baffled that people continued to believe her after she said she was diagnosed with MORE cancer AFTER she got big as a holistic health nut. That right there would have tipped me off that something isn't right since her whole lifestyle was supposedly improving her prior diagnosis.
