Great info, thanks!!
1:14 Hydrolyzed Collagen Protein + Vitamin C; Niacinimide (B3) 500mg 2x/day (increases ceramides, which improves moisture—takes 3-6 months. Can also help acne, rosacea, dark spots).

3:31 Topical Niacinimide (another option). Needs to be a 2-10% concentration.

3:52 Hyaluronic Acid (also helps with moisture).

4:55 Retinols (helps with collagen and skin renewal).

This video is packed with insights into skin health, shedding light on how supplements like hydrolyzed collagen, niacinamide, and hyaluronic acid work together to promote youthful, glowing skin. It’s fascinating how these compounds not only help to retain moisture but also boost collagen production, reduce pore size, and even out pigmentation. The exploration of retinoids, and their potential to influence skin health on a genetic level, is especially intriguing. This piece truly makes complex science accessible, and it’s a must-read for anyone interested in skincare. Thank you for sharing such valuable information!

For the most part, I feel that a lot of this can come from foods most people don't want to eat. If our gut is in order and absorbing nutrients properly. Furthermore, if the gut is disregulated, the supplements would be a waste of money.

My hairdresser is doing great with retinol and microcurrent treatments. I am very fair and vitamin c cream or retinol irritate my skin. Using sunscreen is also key.

I tried Retinol serum 2% and it motives my skin complexion, but I got irritation in my neck and eyes. Supposedly it could safely be put under the eyes. I read that retinol kills the sebaceous glands in the eyelids for good and also the fat pads in the face and make the mature skin look thinner. For me it did make my face look thinner and skin was peeling of my neck like thin paper. My eyes were dry and red at night while sleeping. So I had to stop it.

Niacinamide...you mean take NMN? Although I would actually place sunscreen at n°1.

Pro Tip : Tried and tested method, for a month don't use any chemicals on face not even facewash. Just hydrate, exercise, sweat, eat healthy, sleep and de stress and see how our biological skin system repair works. Thank me later :)
