Ring door bell problem

Same bracket, one rings chime, one doesn't

My doorbell did the same thing! It probably the internet connection, because once I got a chime WiFi extender it work fine after.

My ring took a crap after 1 months use. I have to send it back

My 1st unit did the same thing after 9 months so they offered to send me a chime. I purchased a new one and determined the ring was defective so i returned the one i bought and told them to send me a replacement which they did. Now this new one 2nd unit after 5 months wont ring on my internal chime and will not take a charge hardwired... they are sending me a new back panel but i know that isnt the problem. Their product isn't reliable. I am going to buy the NEST instead... and Yes my transfer is new

I just installed the Ring door bell hardwire and it took the system ~10 mins update properly and actually ring my inside ringer... problem solved.

My ring did that same problem not charging and not ring my bell i now have a ring 2

mine won't ring the doorbell inside like the first one you tried. is it faulty?
