Ring Chime Pro: Not Working or No Ring Tone Sound Alert when Doorbell Rings? FIXED

I show you how to fix a Ring Chime Pro that is all setup to your ring door bell but when the doorbell rings only the doorbell from front door rings and not the Ring Chime Pro that is inside your home. Hope this helps.

Dude you are a life saver! I followed the instructions and tried several times but nowhere (instructions and during installation) did it state to turn on the bell notification for the door bell chime on your settings. Great! Thanks RING.. NOT!. But thank you sir from a major headache! Cheers! 😀

This was a helpful guide!! My was working until I had to reboot my modem and router for internet/wifi. So additionally I had to unplug and replug all my chimes and Alexa/Echo device and everything started working again

I did what you said and mine still does not work sorry ended up calling ring the company and they said that they have their tech support people working on it and they’ll give me an email on what they find out in five days. It’s pretty bizarre. the technician helped me Reset my ring doorbell and that was a pain because I had to take everything apart because I have it wired direct and it’s in a security case so it’s kind of a pain to get to, but I reset that and everything still is the same so hopefully they can figure out my issue. I’m glad your issue was fixed with what you said though that’s nice.
