Ok back again, updating the iPhone to the latest iOS version helped. Had some bug fixed for the ring doorbell app.

Ok we tried these solutions and they don't work.

The issue is isolated to iPhone Pro max 13, the live feed takes over 40 seconds to open or fails to connect when using 5G. It works fine over WiFi.

However the 5G is strong as our other cameras using different apps work and connect instantly. I will keep trying to figure out why. Lots of people with iphones have issues connecting to ring through 4g and 5g.
