I love hearing how much better Bob is with every episode. Every time now I wait for the "in our opinion, of course", just to confirm that all is well with the world again =)

Thank you Bob and Brad for your great videos! Found you guys two summers ago when I was experiencing severe vertigo on a vacation. Your video of the Epley maneuver saved my vacation by relieving my vertigo symptoms almost immediately, . Also, your video on Chostchondritis has relieved my chest pain symptoms just last week! Thank you gentleman. Praying for Bob's recovery from his Ataxia.

I also love to use a heating pad to dilate my blood vessels, and then while I have my legs and feet propped up, I rest them against a percussion massager which pushes the blood and fluids back to my heart. It feels great, and though varicose veins run in my family, I don't have any at 61.

I learned a great trick for putting on compression socks! So helpful! 1. Reach inside and grab the heel. 2. Holding the heel, use the other hand to pull the top of the sock down, so it is inside out up to the heel. 3. Now put the sock on from toe up to heel. 4. Finally, pull the rest of the sock up the rest of the way. It is amazing how well this works! You guys should do a video to demonstrate it!

The shoe issue is a big problem. Most women refuse to go up a half a size or give up the more pointed toe look to address the toe crunching issue.. guilty as charged.
But.. I recently swore off this problem and my feet have been VERY, VERY HAPPY.
Another good one, guys.
Keep it up.

I definitely need these tips because I have poor circulation which causes me to have low blood pressure in the morning. Thank you for helping so many of us!

Legs up the wall either on floor or bed. Increase blood flow to heart by putting pillow or slim yoga block under hips

So good to see Bob again! I always enjoy your short videos and started watching your channel years ago when I suffered sciatica. My daughter, an ER nurse has finally been diagnosed with a form of ataxia after suffering with severe symptoms for 9 months. So sad!

Elevating the legs and feet is perfect. The box toe shoes are a great help. The toes are not crowded. But then, where you go terribly wrong, is suggesting compression socks. They smash your toes and the pressure on your swollen legs is even more painful then no socks. They are horrible. Honestly .
A better solution is lymphatic message of your lower body. It's easy to learn. There are videos on line to watch and learn.
Once stimulated to move in the right direction, the lymph carries away the fluid build up in your legs.
After all that's what is causing the pain.

I have a circulation problem in one leg (from birth) and legs raised against a wall for 15-20 min really helps.

I got the tubi grip for edema in my legs & feet.. I have bad arthritis In my feet ..support socks have been awful & painful.. ( ICU NURSE for 40 + years…)
I can NOT BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE the tubi grip had made in just DAYS with my legs!! No edema at all! ( I had 3+ in my left?) .. it’s been a game changer ..completely. My neuropathy is 98 % improved too! I can work again too! …still take a 20 min. Break to elevate my legs & feet q few hours… I will forever be grateful for the info on tubi grip! ( tell your Mom!!something is better than nothing!.. )…I did clip the “sock” at the top & turn over the edge a good 2 “… ( I’m barely 5’2”)… I need a right knee replacement, it has helped me keep from turning my foot out & my knee steady!
..I will order a size bigger next time than what the measuring chart on the web site said!..
Now, what was it you recommended for the knee pain on standing, after you have been sitting??? It’s awful getting out of car??… I can’t find it again?…it was a nerve posterior?? I’m getting desperate with that next!
I’m so grateful for your knowledge & humor! I recommend you guys to all our Pts!! Lol

I’m surprised you didn’t recommend inversion. I do 30 minutes every day with my legs resting on a wall while I lay down. It’s maybe the best thing you can do if you can get up and down from the floor…

I must wear loose socks. I buy the ones that would fit over a cast. They are very comfortable.. and don’t “rubber band” my calves.

Thanks for the tip about how to wear the compression socks. I always have tourniquet syndrome so I haven’t worn them in a long time.

Our recliner doesn't elevate legs/feet high enough which causes much more swelling. That's something to consider next time you purchase a recliner.
