I do everything by intuition from day one, and I can say my volume capacity is of the charts, I just competed until the very end I was able to complete 25-30hards sets every single days, I was taking a rest every 2-3weeks or splitters In half a couple of training sessions, it is irritating to me that I work out in a very crowded gym and it is hard to walk after my sets I needed it and now I know why
