In this video, i’m gonna share my top 3 training principles that I’ve learnt over the course of 5 years. These are principles that apply to any individual who wants to build muscle and change their physique. If you feel like you aren't making any progress months on end, this video will help you look at the big picture and ask yourself some questions regarding your training style. Whether you train full body, or legs push pull, these principles are universal and should apply to any type of training plan.

Quick summary-
1.Vertical push
Vertical pull
Horizontal push
Horizontal pull
Squat pattern
Hip hinch
These are the six movement patern all you need(choose any exercises from these movement paterns)
2.Progressive overload- increase your strength by being in 6-10 rep range(also always track your progress by note app)
3.If you go for travel then change your workout spilt x to full body for more gains

My TOP 3 principles :-

1. Train till failure
2. Micro progressive overload
3. Controlling ecentric (Training with accuracy)

Bonus points..
1. Straight sets over drop sets (Higher motor unit requirtments)
2. Rest periods is important to accumulate as much as motor units possible
3. Volume is key 14-16 weekly sets is practically sufficient if u put intensity in ur sets...quality over quantity..
