What's the Best Position to Sleep In?

What's the best sleeping position? Well, with all the pseudoscience to consider, it might just depend on who you are.

I sleep on my front, which sucks for my neck in the long term.
Side sleeping is good but the pins and needles in the arm...

For me, sleeping on my belly really messed up the vertebrae in my neck over time. I've had all kinds of issues with my right arm for 8 years until a doctor noticed that the problem wasn't my arm but indeed my neck. Now I have to (mainly) sleep on my back and I have gotten a lot better!
It's really weird how much the way you sleep can affect you.

I sleep in the champion position where I’m on my left side and one leg is straight one leg is bent In fetal position, and then one arm is up under my pillow and the other in on my side so I kinda look like I’m a champion... or Super Mario jumping 😆

I find sleeping on my front kills my neck, but I can't get to sleep in any other position, so I got a body pillow and kind of sleep at a 45 degree angle. Seems to let my spine rest a little more naturally, my neck stays more lined up, I can breathe, and I'm not crushing my shoulder. Works pretty good.

i have to keep changing positions over and over again, usually at least once every few minutes for upwards of an hour, regardless of how tired i am before i can fall asleep. and i almost always wind up falling asleep on my back, but lying on my back while TRYING to fall asleep isn't comfortable for some reason, or it at least never feels nearly as comfortable as the first minute or so of lying on my side before THAT gets uncomfortable and i have to shift. anyone else have this problem? or know what my issue is? i've had to do this my whole life and i hate it lol
