I slept on my side in the past, but my doctor said the exact same thing, sleeping on my stomach could help with my stomach problems that I had at that time, so as long as I had good support for my back, it would help me a lot, so I've been sleeping on my stomach since then😌🛏

Hey, quick question: Wouldn't sleeping on your back without a pillow help your spine and neck? And would a combo of side and back sleeping be best?

I sleep on my side, kinda... but struggle to keep the bottom leg bent so I stay on my side/hip, and thus when I straighten that bottom leg I roll toward my stomach and the top leg goes that direction too and pulls everything out of alignment. I'm not fully on my stomach cause with my upper back and shoulders I'm on my side, but I'm twisting my back for sure. Any suggestions?
