can’t wait to see what you think of all these books in your haul!! So many signed books! I think I only have 1 signed book in my whole collection! also love the inclusion of the narration at the beginning! so nice of you 💜

I just love your birds!

Stalin’s Door sounds intriguing 🤔
Sometimes taking a risk ends up being a true gem. I hope you enjoy it and look forward to your thoughts on it when you do read it.
I also like going into a book with the unknown … keeps things interesting, no potential spoils.
I love supporting indie or smaller authors.

Dashes were once used more commonly in English language books, at least outside of the USA. It's also been used in other languages, like French.

As for Alan Paton, he was South African and wrote in the English language. With Cry, the Beloved Country being published in 1948 the dashes make a little more sense.

I love the narration mate it's both incredibly kind of you to do and also hilarious. At least I'm in no doubt of how stunningly handsome you are, I mean if all the sighted people get to know that why should I miss out? Seriously thanks for considering me and the visually impaired / blind community in general. I understand that you can't do it for every video and I would never expect you to but you are the only person I've ever encountered that does it at all and you should be proud of being so inclusive.

Silencers that make guns actuly silent are so damn funny. It instantly makes the film/book utterly cheesy. Also yeah the fact they left him in the Oval ofice wher I'm sure there are classified docs etc is hilariously bad.

I love Bonfire of the Vanities. I have that edition (I think it’s purdy) and a signed copy. Such a good book.

There’s a movie but I’ve heard it’s bad (despite a good list of actors).

I may give Cry, the Beloved Country another try someday. A lot of people like that book.

7:10 👀 that little move I do with the book. Slow down to 0.50x or .75x speed.
