YES! The ACLU is a great place to donate.
The Girl and Stars sounds like it could be up my alley. I haven't read any Mark Lawrence yet (I'm perpetually behind), but I am going to get to Book of the Ancestor soon.
Oooh Fortuna Sworn sounds like tons of fun. I'm definitely going to have to look into those.
I'm not a huge fan of Leigh Bardugo unfortunately, for a whole bunch of reasons, but the King of Scars cover is stunning.
YES FROSTHEART! I loved that book when I read it earlier this year! I can't wait for the second one!
The Sword of Kaigen sounds like a lot of fun too!
I have Empire of Sand on my TBR too and I need to get to it.

The Rage of Dragons is my most favourite book of this year and quite honestly one of the best fantasy books I have ever read! I really hope you love it!

House of Earth and Blood by Sarah J Mass was absolutely fantastic. Even though it’s huge at 800 pages, it’s a very quick read. The first 100 pages are slow, but after thar it’s a wild ride. Thanks for sharing the names if your booktube colleagues, I watch most of them too!

I also just picked up The Rage of Dragons! It sounded so good when it was first released but, like you, I was waiting for the paperback ^^' Love the cover for Shorefall, it's so pretty!

Jade City has been my only 5 star read this year!!! I loved it soooo much. Can't wait to get to Jade War, but I can't decide if i want to read it via audiobook or physically 🤔

I just finished Empire of Sand! It was very good, but had a much stronger beginning than ending, in my opinion. I plan to pick up the second novel in the series, as well, which is a companion novel taking place 10 years later. I can't wait to hear your thoughts!

Everyone keeps calling it Crescent City because it's the biggest title and I'm just wondering if everyone will suddenly switch to giving it the proper title when book 2 comes out aha

Is it necessary to read the Book of the Ancestor trilogy before reading the Girl and the Stars? (I have the trilogy on my TBR) I really want to get Foundryside, Jaded City and The Sword of Kaigen :-)
