Hey Petrik, the audio is much better and more clear now,
For the bookhaul, I rarely purchase physical copies these days, I think E-books are way better to handle and I can carry it anywhere I go without any concern and saves a lot of space and money.
Anyway could you do a fantasy series ranking video telling us your favorites and which you consider best. Thank you

This is the third time I've heard shogun mentioned in the past few months, after never hearing it talked about ever. Really amazing story, great characters. Could probably be a little shorter, but still, great book, and glad to see it keep coming up.

I live in Germany and only read in English, but the infrastructure of Amazon is amazing in Germany and you get the English book for half the price (compared to the german edition) and usually within 2-3 days. Means I usually buy every month 2-10 books.

And added some books to my growing way to large. I add books to my Amazon wish lists and just wait for them to go on a deep sale. I'm so far behind in books I own no reason to pay over a few bucks for a book right now unless it's one I really want. Audio was good!

Yes! The Shadow of The Wind is a book that stuck with me. The covers for those books are gorgeous.

1- the quality of the audio is great. I can hear you very clearly.
2- I rarely do hauls...but when I do, USPS can't fit the boxes in my mailbox. Can't remember my last haul, but I think it was a Barnes and Noble classics massive purchase.
3- yesterday I bought the 3 books in The Fitz and the Fool trilogy. I can relate to you about buying series you haven't even read the first book. I own the entire Farseer series, Liveship Traders and now Fitz and the Fool without ever having read any books by her. :/

Small purchases, every month i buy 2-3 books, but i’m currently trying to slow it down and sell some of my books too. My taste has changed and I wanted to purge my bookshelf 🤣
Also use the money to buy the mistborn series AND the first law series!!

Shogun is SO GOOD. I like its sequel, Tai-Pan almost as much if not more.

Great book haul! Love it also I hadn’t heard of a few of the ones you mentioned. I tend to do medium sized book hauls every Qt or so... usually 4-5 books. It’s pretty common I buy 2 books every time I visit a book store or order online which is pretty frequently I admit. Keep up the great work my man!

James Clavell's Shogun, just amazing and that edition simply irresistible, you are one lucky book reader Petrik, books nowadays are just costly, and the country we live in is the other side of the publishing world, Great books!!! Again Shogun is one of the best nonfiction I have ever read, truly a classic, this new mike is a bit better or you are getting better, no more nervousness!!!! As always, Keep on reading!!!! That Shogun though(hahhahahha honestly beautiful, glossy and that can I say???)

Yup, Rich Anderson's covers manage to pull me every time. I love his work (hence The Band purchase).
