I've been on a diet and have been eating A LOT of chicken. I made this SPICY Korean grilled chicken barbecue recipe because I also wanted to make my diet enjoyable. To anyone out there that is also on a diet, try out this recipe! I promise you that it is super easy and tasty!!

I also tried out a soy-marinated grilled chicken bbq recipe. If anyone prefers non-spicy, let me know below, and I'll make a video on that too!

I think it's important to mention that the chicken needs to be near room temperature before grilling. If the chicken is cold, the paste will burn before the chicken is cooked all the way thru. Learn from my mistakes! ✌🏽

Used this recipe the other night, but had to use cayenne instead of gochugaru. My family loved it, but just ordered the proper pepper to make it again! Thanks for sharing. Your channel is awesome!

Please try the Pink Samyang Korean Spicy noodle sauce in a bottle mixed with Sweet Baby Ray's honey bbq. Add a little gochujang & garlic & soy sauce to it too and anything you desire. It is so bomb for grillin or last minute into the oven! Sweet & spicy
