Bibimguksu (비빔국수) is a popular cold spicy noodle dish that takes no more than 15 minutes to prepare. It’s made with somyeon (소면) noodles, or wheat flour noodles – called somen noodles in Japanese cuisine.

I made my own version just now and it was so so delicious, I also added fish and some vinegar. It's very refreshing and filling.

Omg I love this recipe too much. I thought it would be spicy because of the gochugaru, and having never tried somen before but having it in stock and wanting something spicy, I gave this a go. It was surprisingly refreshing, and I made the sauce and added how much I wanted to my liking along with my own choice of toppings. It is not at all spicy, but I'm pretty sure if I added more sauce it could be. Also, my mom slurped it up real fast, so that's a plus :D
