This is a great method. I use tomato paste because we can't eat spicy.

Ingredients (my estimates from looking at the video)

3 Chicken thighs with bones removed
1 tbsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup of cornstarch (or whatever amount you need to coat the chicken thighs)
1-2 tbsp Korean red chili paste (gochujang)
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
4-5 cloves of garlic, chopped
1-2 tbsp Honey
Scallions for garnish

I also recommend you add 1/2 cup of water to cut down on the sodium and saltiness of the soy sauce if it's too much for some of you. I would also add some grated fresh ginger to the sauce for more depth of flavor.

I just made this. The whole family loved it! After the first bite, the all looked at each other and said 'absolutely beautiful'.

This was so easy and sooo delicious Tiffy! But I realised that to get the chicken crispier I would need to use a larger pan because when the pan is crowded the chicken ends up steaming even with the corn flour. The corn flour does its job in protecting the chicken from drying out though! So good 💛

Damn, that looks so good! One thing I would recommend for health if you can is make the sauce without the honey until the sauce is finished and cools down a bit and then as a honey, you can still be warm. Now I’m hungry.
