This is probably a really stupid question, but how do you double fry something? Do you just fry it, lift it out of the oil and then put it back down for the second fry?
Or take it out for an amount of time and then re add for the second fry after waiting for a bit? Help a girl out 😫

Really good just made this today guestamated everything measurement wise and didn’t have the chili past so I substituted with hot sauce and a bit of tomato paste also substituted rice flour for all purpose and the rice vinniger with apple cider vinegar… worked great tho! Also first time frying
