I cut down on social media bit by bit, like not reacting then not posting and then not sharing emotions in message much...
What i found out is that your emotions are better when reacting to real people; Social media dries up your emotions.
Just saying this for people who don't know or are addicted to social media.

The solution to stop social media addiction is to rip the FACE off FACEbook, punch the TWITTER bird so hard that the only TWEETS it's gonna send are ERRORS, hit the INSTAGRAM camera so hard that the only selfies it's gonna send are BLANKS, and scare the SNAPCHAT ghost so bad that it'll quit it's job being the leader of SNAPCHAT!.

That funny but here what I do I only listen to music or watch something on YouTuber than see what going on though the communities on your phone than text my friends than I turn off my phone to work talk my coworkers than take a break to see what my friends doing than go back to work check soon if my time to go off work than get some little bit of shopping done than be on my phone to wait for the taxi but texting my friends also keep watch for the taxi so I won't be late, go to the taxi, the taxi drive me home so I listen to music as the taxi drive me home, than at home go and wash my dishes, because they need it so keep my house clean, than take a shower, change into my PJ than eat while watching some movies than go phone for night than I say Good night to my friends and lover than go to YouTube to have relaxing music than fell sleep to sleep in than start over again, that how I do it.
